You don’t need to climb a ladder to catch most roof problems early. Here’s what we look for — and what each symptom actually means:
Any of these sound familiar? We’ll inspect it, photograph everything, and hand you the pictures with a straight recommendation.
One of our residential roofers — not a salesperson — gets on your roof and in your attic. Every finding is photographed, and the photos are yours whether you hire us or not.
You get a written scope: what’s failing, what’s fine, and whether repair or replacement genuinely serves you better over the next ten years. If storm damage is involved, the documentation is packaged the way adjusters need to see it.
Because we do. Tear-off down to the deck, rotten sheathing replaced at a disclosed per-sheet price, ice and water shield where Ohio winters demand it, and a magnetic sweep of your yard for nails before we leave.
Leak tracing, shingle replacement, flashing rework, and boot replacements — fixed at the actual entry point, not the symptom.
Full tear-off replacements with ice and water shield at the eaves, synthetic underlayment, and proper ridge ventilation — the system, not just the shingles.
Hail and wind damage assessment with the photo documentation your insurance claim needs — and honesty when the damage doesn’t justify a claim.
New construction and addition roofing, built to spec and tied cleanly into existing rooflines.
Architectural and 3-tab shingle systems compared honestly on lifespan, wind rating, and cost per year of service.
Roof pricing is mostly geometry and access: total square footage, pitch (steep roofs slow crews down and raise safety requirements), the number of layers coming off, how many penetrations and valleys need flashing work, and whether the decking underneath is sound. Material tier matters too — architectural shingles cost more than 3-tab up front but usually less per year of service.
What we never do is quote a “storm special” price from the driveway or inflate a scope because insurance is paying. Adjusters in this region know the contractors who do that, and their customers’ claims suffer for it.
We use proven materials selected for Ohio’s changing seasons, heavy rain, humidity, and freeze-thaw conditions. We focus on lasting performance rather than the cheapest available option.
Every project is backed by our lifetime craftsmanship warranty. If our workmanship fails, we return and make it right.
We may not always be the lowest-priced contractor, but we provide strong value through proper installation, durable materials, clear pricing, and long-term warranty protection.

Spring and early summer bring the hail and straight-line wind that keep every roofing company in Cincinnati Ohio busy — and Clermont, Brown, and Warren county rooftops take a disproportionate share of it.
We run roofing repair and replacement services across Cincinnati, Anderson Township, Mason, Montgomery, Loveland, Milford, Batavia, Amelia, New Richmond, Mt. Orab, Fayetteville, Norwood, West Chester, Hamilton, Middletown, Lebanon, Springboro, Indian Hill, and Northern Kentucky.
After major storms we prioritize active leaks — if water is coming in right now, say so when you call (513) 773-1567 and we’ll get you tarped ahead of the estimate queue.
Every town we cover is on the Ohio service area page; if you’re searching for a dependable roofing contractor Cincinnati OH storm season just found, that’s where to start.
From the ground: creased or missing shingles, granules piled at downspouts, dented gutters or downspouts (if hail dented aluminum, it hit your shingles too), and damaged window screens or AC fins on the storm-facing side. From inside: new attic daylight or fresh stains after the storm. Hail bruising itself is often invisible from the ground — it takes hands on the shingles — which is why we photo-document rather than eyeball from a truck window.
Around 18–25 years for architectural shingles and 12–18 for 3-tab in Southwest Ohio conditions — our freeze-thaw cycling, summer heat, and storm exposure trim a few years off the brochure numbers. The biggest life-extender isn’t the shingle at all: it’s attic ventilation. A cooked, unvented attic can age a roof a decade early, and we check it on every inspection.
Yes — we document damage the way adjusters need it, meet them on the roof when it helps, and build to the approved scope. What we don’t do is promise your claim will be approved, “waive” deductibles (that’s insurance fraud in Ohio), or find damage that isn’t there. If your roof doesn’t have a legitimate claim, we’ll tell you before you file and ding your record for nothing.
Often, yes — and we’d rather earn the repair honestly than push the replacement. Flashing failures, single-slope wind damage, and isolated punctures are all repairable on a roof with life left in it. Where we’ll be straight with you: chasing repeated leaks across a failing 20-year-old roof is paying for a replacement one service call at a time.
Most single-family homes: one to two days of actual work once materials are on site. Complex rooflines, steep pitches, and decking surprises stretch that. The longer wait is usually scheduling and material delivery, which is why calling before storm season beats calling during it.
Yes, on the right days. Modern shingles seal in cold with hand-sealing techniques, and a failing roof in January can’t wait for April. We watch the forecast and won’t open your roof ahead of weather we can’t beat.
