Signs You Need Roof Repair (Not a Full Replacement)
Not every roof problem means you need a new roof. Most of the calls we get in Brown and Clermont County are for isolated, fixable issues:
- A single leak after a storm — usually a lifted shingle, a cracked pipe boot, or flashing that pulled away from a chimney or dormer.
- Granule loss in one section — common on south-facing slopes in Ohio after a decade of UV exposure, without the rest of the roof being compromised.
- Damaged valleys — where two roof planes meet is where we see the most wear first, especially on older homes around Mt. Orab and Georgetown with steeper original pitches.

Complex leak diagnosis or valley rebuilds cost more due to the additional tear-off and rebuild work.
